Discover this well-preserved German underground construction. Supposedly built as a medical aid station, it becomes a strongly defended and difficult to take stronghold during the Battle of Passchendaele. It is only on 15 September 1917 that a raiding party is able to capture the bunker. 2Lt Cryer is killed in the process and as a tribute to him, the structure is renamed Cryer Farm.
