Zonnebeekse Lange Vingers are flavourful dried sausages made from quality Duroc d’Olives pork.
The sausages dry for 48 hours, after which they are lightly smoked over a sawdust of beech and oak. Truffle is also added to the meat to give it a spicy flavour.
