Hans Bouten felt that an appropriate snack to accompany the Witches’ Beer was missing. He came up with the perfect tapas dish to accompany the beer, namely the Witches’ Pâté.
The pâté is made of Duroc d’Olives pork, liver, bacon, herbs, aromatics and pistachios. The pistachios link the pâté to the Beselaar witches.
