The composition of the Zonnebeekse Zonnetaart
It has a shortbread crust and is filled with a banana mix and flavoured with a few lemon drops. On top is a fine layer of sponge cake and whipped cream. The cake is finished with yellow marzipan and the sun is made of chocolate or meringue Italienne.
