At this rest stop, dream away inside Beselaar’s Witch heritage…. Namely that of ten Beselaar witches who are said to have made life difficult for the inhabitants of Beselare in the 18th and early 19th centuries. They were perhaps better known as herb women who worked with what nature offered them. In the herb garden, you will become acquainted with dozens of herbs and flowers that were and still are used to treat ailments. From a beautiful duo lounger and bench, you’ll enjoy a garden that is constantly buzzing during the summer.
